@MrGarthjohn I believe what you say because you wrote it down. All hail the snake god! A snake that talks like a man? As it was written by the prophet MrGarthjohn on the video “Atheists believe that…” on Youtube!
right as in, peacefully, no murder, stealing etc.
I think the way to live is to live by this rule: “Dont do to others, what you dont want done to you” the magical part about that is that you dont have to believe in a god or prophet to tell you to live this way. Religion’s definition in my terms: “A group of people who believe in an idea” there doesnt need to be one or more gods. its the message of the religion not the idles.
Do you believe in a talking snake?
Do you blieve that two people (adam and eve) really repopulated the earth?
Where did the black and brown skin color come from?
Did adam bang a monkey, or did eve get raped by one?
If Adam and Eve did repopulate the earth wouldnt they have retarded babies by the second generation of sibling fucking?
Isn’t sex before marriage a sin?
The stories told by the bible are such child like stories.
The only thing i like about religion is, the message to live right
I really appreciated your explanations and you are absolutely correct. Why, when it comes to something that is SO SO important to so many people do we hold ourselves to a much lower standard of proof? The justifications for the existence of god are not of a high enough standard to put a fine on a speeding vehicle and yet billions believe? WHY?
Great video!
If was forced to choose an epithet, I would describe myself as a realistic humanist. It’s illogical to define people from what they not are. “Atheism” is an ecclesiastical term which is defined from a subjective theist perspective and serves to describe a dichotomy to that individual choice, which only is normative whithin religion – but not from any other perspective.

“Correction, D3 said cars are anorexics right here to this video. Cars with eating disorders?”

“Just as I would call a car anorexic for lacking an appetite, I wouldn’t be stupid enough to try to apply atheism to a car.”-D34
i.e. for the crack addict: I don’t call cars anorexic, just as I don’t apply the label atheism to cars, or to other labels.

No. I asked you why YOU don;t say cars are anorexic when you use the argument “car’s aren’t atheist, are they?”

Also: While spam gets treated as spam, liars get treated as liars. You can spread lies on other channels all you wish. You seem to be dead set on your uneducated view of how prefixes work…There is no changing the mind of people choosing to remain ignorant.
Asymmetrical does not mean “without symmetry”. It refers to a shape that is without symmetry. Saying something asymmterical is a shape, talk about whatever is asymmterical IS. Saying it is also without symmtery says what it isn’t. Saying what something is not is never saying what it is. Nothing is, what it is not.
Correction, D3 said cars are anorexics right here to this video. Cars with eating disorders? An inventive look at english I must say. When you marry a flawed understanding of how “a” works as a prefix, you end up digging yourself a hole like “cars are anorexic”. It’s beyond stupid. And it is rewriting many other definitions to be something that is not true at all, simply to accomodate a falsehood about atheism.
D3 just said in replies on another video that cars are anorexic. This genius has resolved you see that cars have no appetite. He has simply redefined many other words to accomdate a misunderstanding of what atheism is. It’s hilarious.
@gklr
“A lack of belief does not exist.”
_
As a condition of being, very much so. Just like a lack of appetite exists (anoxia), or a lack of bacteria exists (abacterial), or a lack of social behavior exists (asocial), or a lack of morals exists (amoral), or a lack of symmetry exists (asymmetry)…etc….etc….etc….
These are labels used to identify appropriate subjects.
Just as I would call a car anorexic for lacking an appetite, I wouldn’t be stupid enough to try to apply atheism to a car.

There is no misunderstanding of atheism. It’s a label. A word with a prefix. The meaning rests solely on how we define the root word, and how the prefix constructs the conditions of that root word.
____
Root word: Theism
Prefix (a-, an-)
Meaning of prefix: lacking, not, without
____
If you define it differently than EVERY other word with the (a-, an-) prefix, you’d look uneducated.
